The owner is to cheap to hire a real DJ on Saturday nights so he trys and do it himself. When ever we requested a song he would tell us that he will not play anything he does not think will please everyone else. All the songs we requested were Prince songs for crying out loud. Besides, I thought DJ's and dance clubs were suppose to please the clients, NOT themselves. This place is really going down hill fast...

to bad newcomes is a joke these days. if you ever check out this site, take the advice from all these people. some of the bartenders stay sloppy drunk the whole night. music goes from good to bad all night long. how can you dance fast to one song then it goes to bon jovi or some crap then back to good.

This placed SUCKS!!!!! TRASH!!!! Im not just talking about the crowd either!!!! Most of the people working at the bar are RUDE and VERY TRASHY!!!!!! The ONLY person that was even kinda nice was trek? The DJ.He gave me a vip card to come back,I threw it away....Needless to say,I will NOT be back.The place smells like a dirty bathroom!!!

I have not been to Sloopys's in a long time. It has really changed since I was last there and not for the good. First off, it was dead. This club was always full a few years ago. The bouncers are all overweight and rude!(Except for Nick!) I loved this place when Brian, Dino, Donnie, Rex and the rest of the gang was there. They made it really fun to be there. I felt really uncomfortable there this time. I would sum it up this way, if you want to just go to get drunk it's ok. If your looking to have a good time I would try the other bars in the Oregon District.

Thursday karaoke night- definately the best in Dayton, I've also enjoyed Friday jazz.
Bartenders and wait staff great and friendly and so does managers/owner.
Seems like they have a vision to turn it into the world class bar.

BEEN THERE MANY TIME IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS, SINCE I MOVED INTO THE AREA. IT'S A DIFFERENT PLACE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY, BUT IT'S ALWAYS A POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE. THE FOOD IS PLENTIFUL AND CHEAP AS ARE THE DRINKS. SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY, AND THE NEW FOUNTAIN WITH THE FISH AND ALL IS RELAXING. I LOVE IT THERE!

This place is the best kept secret in town-11 pool tables 7 tvs DJ on Friday and Sat night- Dance floor and super cheap drink specials-$1 drafts on tuesday, bigger than the ones at other places-pool tournament on wed nite with $5 pitchers thursday nite ladies nite, with 2.50 well drinks-and $5 pitchers every friday and sat in august-you gotta see this place!! And the sexiest bartenders in the area

I visit Therapy pretty regularly, and there is NO OTHER PLACE IN DAYTON with such good drinks. New managers and new bartenders mean even better stuff. Food is suprisingly good. Sundays, they're now doing wine tastings for a state, region, etc. with *free food* that is very good. The bartender on Sundays (tuffie or something like that) is really good and knows lots about wine. Run, do not walk, to therapy!
