Best of the best

Peaches was absolutely Peachy! The place was clean, perfectly lit, nice atmosphere without too much 'theming' decorations. Well laid out considering the space available, but folks, move the juke box so folks at the back bar can see the stage better. Service was excellent, barkeep was on the mark always, anticipated what I needed and had it ready! Staff was friendly and looked like they all liked being there. Sound system was excellent, this is important! Quality sound is not measured by ear pain, it's measured by whether you can go up and dance and feel the music without ear damage, and Peaches seems to understand this. It's a smoking bar, but I didn't leave with the usual smoke-bomb sickness I usually get in a smoky bar. In other words, Peaches was the best experience I've had since Gilley's went non-smoking! The music is top notch. BB Redd made their local debut the night I went and they were fantastic, and fun folks to sit and chat with. They opened for DW Blues band and those guys were in the goove big-time too. I never dance. At Peaches, I wore out a pair of shoes that night. Couldn't belive it...but the music was spot on and you can't help it.
I didn't eat, but I will next time, I'm told by friends that it's 5-star.
Should you go? No, I want it all to myself!

Peach's Grill -- a new treat

Now that the weather is warming up, for a change of scenery head to yellow springs. User friendly, more accepting -- you do not have to be a phony -- be yourself and have fun.
Thursday is hip hop/r& b night with a dj who treats us with smoke effects that are 'off the chain.' A fun, relaxing time -- $1 well drinks for women.
the food is good too!
check it out -- come early and visit some of the yellow springs shops -- you won't be sorry.
see you.
